COACHES© MISSION STATEMENT
To provide youth and adults, recently released from custody and are displaced due to their incarceration, poverty, or lack of economic opportunities with resources designed to empower and develop self reliance and self actualization creating more successful re-entry and safer community.
PHILOSOPHY AND VISION
The general philosophy is to provide the highest quality of resources and access to services possible to recently released individuals and to maintain a monitoring and mentoring system with regard to documenting quantity of human services offered as well as quality of mentorship and resources offered.
This will be accomplished by the following:
-Respect the dignity of each person served.
-Encourage empowerment, self reliance, self determination in the individuals that we assist.
-Provide opportunity to resources to the recently released and help identify economic, and housing opportunities that the individual may not be aware of.
-Foster new and creative responses to the community, family, and individual needs.
-Respect community diversity.
-Expects personal and professional integrity, honesty, and accountability from all COACH volunteers.
